Roger's (Pop Pop / Dad's) 2025 Christmas List
Roger's list from Last Year
You can get me any items from my Amazon Wish List, or Amazon Gift Cards, especially books or music.
Shirt Size: L
Shorts Size: L
Pants Size: 33W x 30L
Things I will probably buy myself soon if I don't get them for Christmas:
- Florida occasionally has winter, so a pair of Men's padded cycling long pants would be handy. Size medium. Something like these
- My warm athletic socks have worn out their elastic, and I use them frequently for fall/winter biking, or wiinter trips. Maybe some calf-height socks like these.
- A decent (but not super expensive) cordless drill. Such as this Ryobi one has 2 speed settings for screw-driver or drilling.
Alternatively, I already have a Greenworks 24v battery and charger if you can find a drill with no battery or no charger. Maybe this?
- A bluetooth or USB-C dongle wireless mouse I can use with my Macbook. Like this one
- We're taking a big road trip next year, so a 2026 Rand McNally Road Atlas
would be nice. I've learned not to put my full trust in the GPS!
- I could use a pair of quality made-in-the-USA Jeans, such as some
Dearborn Denim Slim-Fit Jeans (33W X 30L).
- Seat covers to fit my Chevy Silverado 1500 LT (doesn't have to be perfect fit).
My driver's seat has a seam coming undone, so seat covers would be nice.
$15 and up items:
- I have a two-toddler bike trailer on my Amazon list. This would be cool, and you might be able to find a cheaper one used.
- I don't have any Christian Christmas-themed T-Shirts. For example, maybe this one (Christmas begins with Christ) or this one (Joy Love Peace).
- A Leatherman would be cool. They are expensiive, but they have a few reasonably priced ones.
- Everyone enjoys shooting Grandpa's 32 revolver, so I could use some .32 S&W Long Ammunition. You can get it wherever, but make sure it says ".32 S&W Long" (there are 2 other types of .32 ammo that will NOT work).
- Of course, ammo for my 38 Special would also be appreciated (Ammo that says FMJ, UMC, or TMC are good for target practice).
- We could use some camping gear, such as:
- I am still biking regularly! So, some biking gear would be good. These are all mostly things I would probably buy myself eventually if I don't get them as a gift:
- Gift cards for vegan-friendly restaurants: Chipotle, Olive Garden, Tijuana Flats (Local/US), Tropical Smoothie, El Chico (Local/US).
- Gift cards for Lowes, as I alwats have some projects to work on around the house.
- Gift cards for Newegg.com
- A Hawaiian-style novelty shirt I can wear to Church or work (Size "Large")
- A photo calendar of my family to hang at work, or any nice, scenic 2025 photo calendar, really (National Parks maybe?)
- This Babylon Bee coffee mug, just because.
- Some comfy 100% cotton black v-neck T-Shirts that I can
wear under my work shirts (Size L).
Inexpensive Items (from Kids, etc):
- Photo memorabilia of any of my grandkids
- Low cut or quarter-cut black socks
- Some +1.00 or +1.25 reading glasses. Bonus points for portable/compact, and I don't have any brown ones.
- I really enjoy Dunkin Donuts coffee: a bag of ground coffee (original blend or vanilla), or a gift card would be great! Or really, any other locally-roasted coffee (Medium or Dark roast) would be good too.
- Book: The Dragonbone Chair (somehow I lost my previous copy).
- I put a few cheap items on my Amazon list recently:
- Some novelty coasters for my home office
CD's (Or MP3 albums, but those are kind of hard to "give"):
